	Jim Barge President & CEO

Jim Barge co-founded INTELLECT in January of 1998 and currently serves as President and CEO. In his role, Jim is responsible for management of overall company operations to include strategic planning, leading the development of the tools and platforms for INTELLECT’s sales and recruiting teams to drive industry-leading client service, overseeing the building of strong teams through involvement in hiring and finally, shaping corporate culture. Jim started in the technology services business with TechWare, a Dallas-based IT consulting firm that was acquired by Ciber in December 1997. After the acquisition, Jim co-founded INTELLECT as a Tampa-area service provider, later expanding the Company’s operations into Lakeland, Florida and Houston, Texas. Jim is currently involved in helping create INTELLECT’s new, specialty lines on business that will be offered nationally, as well as creating plans for INTELLECT’s foray into new geographic markets. He has led INTELLECT’s team to accomplishments as a two-time Inc. 500 company, recognized as one of “America’s Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies” in 2004 and 2005. Jim credits his team and their commitment and determination to unparalleled client service as the key to these accomplishments. Jim is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and was a 2-time member of the Division 1 Track and Field program (go HAWKS). Jim is currently a member of the SJU Barbelin Society as an active supporter of the University. Back to top



	Rhonda Dabney Operations Manager

Rhonda Dabney serves as Operations Manager for INTELLECT. In this role, Rhonda has oversight for all back-office operations including payroll, finance and accounting. Rhonda has over fifteen years of operations and administrative experience, and joined INTELLECT in 2004. Back to top



	Karen Grant-Carroll Finance & Controls Manager

In this role, Karen has ownership of all accounting functions within INTELLECT. Karen has over ten years of experience in the accounting field, including both field and home office operations. Karen joined INTELLECT in 2007. Karen holds a degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida (GO Bulls). Back to top
