Jim Barge co-founded Intellect in January of 1998 with partner Scott Ferrante. Barge is responsible for management of overall company operations as well as key client management.
Barge started in the technology services business with TechWare, a Dallas-based IT consulting firm that was acquired by Ciber in December 1997.
Barge is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia.

Joe Welbourn serves as Intellect's VP of Delivery. In this role, Welbourn has ownership of all recruiting operations within Intellect, to drive and support client deliverables. Welbourn is responsible for hiring, training and managing all of Intellect's recruiting teams and tasked with ensuring process excellence, consistency and ultimately service-oriented results.
Welbourn has over ten years of experience in the technology services business, including both field and home office operations. Welbourn joined Intellect in 2004. Prior to joining Intellect, Welbourn held various positions at Consultis, a national IT services provider, where he was responsible for securing a large outsourced professional services contract with commercial software publisher Intuit, among other accomplishments.
Welbourn holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Tampa.

Steve Harwig serves as Intellect's Consultant Care Manager. In this role, Harwig is responsible for the care and over site of all field-based consultants deployed to client projects.
Harwig has over twenty years of experience in the recruiting, technology services and Human Resource fields. Harwig joined Intellect in 2005. Prior to joining Intellect, Harwig worked for Syslogic, a Tampa-based IT services provider, for a period of seven years. Harwig also served twenty years in the United States Army in various capacities to include Assistant Inspector General, Regional Recruiting Manager and other roles.
Harwig holds a Bachelors of Science from Western Illinois University and a Masters of Business from Kennedy-Western University.

Rhonda Dabney serves as Operations Manager for Intellect. In this role, Dabney has oversight for all back-office operations including payroll, finance and accounting.
Dabney has over fifteen years of operations and administrative experience, and joined Intellect in 2004.
