For clients with large usage of contingent workers (consultants or temporary
resources), managing the entire program is an expensive, time-consuming, and
disparate process.
|
|
Intellect offers on-site Managed Services programs that manage this entire
process, and delivers the following key objectives for clients:
- Cost Reduction - Meaningfully reduce the cost of the contingent workforce.
- Risk Mitigation - Mitigate risk exposures in the program, such as co-employment issues.
- Increase Service Levels - Increase quality and service levels to departments that utilize contingent workers.
- Reporting - Deliver reporting capabilities, on spend, service levels and other measures.
- Streamline and Coordinate Process - Implement a standard, centralized, company-wide process for the procurement and management of contingent workers.
- Standardization - Consolidate suppliers and standardize to one agreement, process and pricing policy.
To be successful, a tremendous amount of coordination needs to take place
between hiring managers, vendors, contingent workers and corporate back-office
departments such as procurement, human resources and finance. Intellect deploys
an Account Manager(s) as an on-site resource to the client, to assume the
following responsibilities:
- Evaluate current contingent workforce management (CWM) process and recommend areas of improvement.
- Assist clients with current vendor assessment and evaluation, based on price, service levels, quality and more.
- Work side-by-side with client managers to define and document each requirement that is opened to a contingent need.
- Act as the primary interface to client staffing suppliers. As the primary point of contact and liaison between the client and all staffing suppliers, responsibilities include but are not limited to fielding inquiries from staffing suppliers on open requirements (including requirement definition, status updates and changes), on-boarding of contingent workers, problem resolution with contingent workers, vendors or clients, resolving time sheet and invoicing issues, and much more
- Monitor the interview and selection process to ensure that quality measures are being followed and that managers have qualified applicants to select from.
- Conduct quarterly audits of staffing vendors to ensure compliance with contractually agreed upon pricing and service levels.
- Deliver regular reporting to clients on spend, staffing vendor performance, quality measures and other reporting metrics.
The benefits of engaging in a Managed Services program for your contingent
workforce are substantial.
Drive lower costs, higher service levels and mitigate risk with Intellect.
