Intellect will examine and report on current state:

• CWM processes and areas for process improvement.
• Program and client "pain points".
• Pricing and bill rate structures.
• Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
• Performance against those SLA's.
• Risk exposures.
• Reporting capabilities.

Based on this assessment, Intellect will deliver a detailed document that:

• Reports on the current state of the CWM program.
• Recommends specific areas of improvement. These recommendations will cover all of the areas highlighted above.

Such as assessment serves as a very important starting point. Only after gaining a thorough understanding of current CWM processes, successes and pains, and mapping those findings to overall program objectives, can meaningful recommendations and changes (if required) take place.
