Intellect Announces the Promotion of Joe Welbourn to VP of Delivery

Intellect Technical Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Joe Welbourn to Vice President of Delivery.

Mr. Welbourn will oversee all client-based recruiting and talent acquisition activities at Intellect. He will also be responsible for the training of new staff in Intellect's delivery/recruiting area.

Mr. Welbourn has more than 10 years of experience in the IT services industry, including both field and home office operations, and has been with Intellect since 2003.
